TRE®Come and join an ongoing gathering using the TRE® method, online every Friday at 9:00am.

The Movement Studio is hosting this “Group Shake” and you can drop in/join via Zoom. The gathering is open to those who know TRE® and all you need to do is click the Zoom link below to take part.

Zoom – Friday Group Shake

For those of you joining for the first time the Meeting ID is : 893 4622 6948 and the Passcode is : 418454

This “drop-in” group is designed for those who have previously learned TRE® and have the ability to adequately self-regulate while doing the exercises without needing assistance from a facilitator. The session is intended to provide a group experience for anyone who already practises TRE® individually and feels they would benefit from getting to do it with others.

Participation in somatic exercises, while safe and effective, could lead to physical and emotional upset. Each participant needs to stay within their own physical and emotional ability to self-regulate.

Please Note: TRE® will not be explained or taught in this group and it is not open to participants seeking their first experience. Please sign-up for my FREE once a month webinar to learn TRE®

What Is TRE®

TRE® is a series of specific exercises that stretch and fatigue the core fight or flight muscles in the body. While lying comfortably on your back, you allow your body to release stored tension. The method promotes release in the myofascial system. This process allows you to relax at a deep level relaxing your nervous system which helps decrease pain and stress.

Click here for a more detailed description of how TRE® works.
