As resilient as the human body can be, stress and postural misalignment can make daily life harder than it has to be.
Even if you’re not ready for a full course of physical therapy to address an injury or mobility issue, a postural tune-up can be the perfect place to begin. In just one visit, I’ll assess your postural alignment and set you up with simple exercises you can do on your own at home to address the core issue. Follow up with one of my bi-weekly Zoom classes to strengthen your core and downregulate your nervous system and you’ll be on your way to a pain-free lifestyle.

Online Zoom classes are held every Wednesday and Friday morning with more being added as needed while in-person classes are on hold for the time being. Bodywork and coaching sessions are offered by appointment in-person in the studio. We’re following extensive protocols for maintaining a safe environment so you can be sure your health and safety are our top priority.
