Therapeutic exercise includes postural exercises inspired by the Postural Restoration Institute® (PRI), Pilates-based rehabilitation, yoga therapeutics and other techniques by expert teachers in the field of movement education.
Bodywork is a unique blend of techniques including Rolfing® structural integration, Primal Reflex Release Technique™ (PRRT), and more subtle forms of release work.
Nervous system work is specifically targeted with TRE® (Tension Releasing Exercises) although it is also highly influenced from both therapeutic exercise and bodywork.
