Online Sessions & Classes

Great news! Your health and well being don’t need to be put on hold just because in-person classes and appointments are limited for the time being. Over the past several months we have developed a variety of online options for people looking to strengthen their core, rehabilitate injuries, and reinforce healthy movement patterns. Postural and core strengthening classes are now available two times per week. Instruction is live and can be accessed online from the comfort of your home. Private physical therapy and TRE (Trauma Release Exercise) sessions are also available remotely. For those who use Pilates reformer equipment at home, private coaching is also available online to maximize the effectiveness of this amazing tool. Is Membership Right for You?
If you’re looking for an easy way to keep up with your weekly exercise goals, Online Membership could be a great fit. Starting this fall, you’ll get unlimited access to all of the new online content we’re releasing every month including TRE to downregulate your autonomic nervous system on your own after a workout or a stressful event, movement classes, and more. Stay tuned for details.

Start with a 30 min Discovery Session
Discovery Sessions are the best place to begin if you’re ready to maximize strength and minimize pain but are unsure where to begin. Regardless of your fitness level, I’ll put together a customized plan to address your postural alignment issues. Call 541-535-7019 to inquire about availability.

Online classes are held live on a weekly basis and are made available to members on an unlimited basis. Bodywork and coaching sessions are offered by appointment virtually or in-person in the studio. We’re following extensive protocols for maintaining a safe environment so you can be sure your health and safety are our top priority when you visit us in the studio.
